A long-­‐term approach to program performance is critical for success. Defining an extended lifecycle for programs and designing processes to support it will yield improved data insights that produce better results. Without ongoing measurement, it can be difficult to engage with large numbers of program members who may have participated in past years. Organizations may struggle to perform ongoing measurement because of staffing limitations, large numbers of program participants, and lack of automated tools.
